Naked Bike ride

My agency asked me to get few pics of the bike ride in Central London. I knew that it would be a naked bike ride, but I didn’t expect to see so many brave people to ride through Central London completely naked I had a feeling that whole population of London was there to watch. You should have seen the faces of tourists! It looked like it was the best sight seeing for them They looked amazed and shocked at the same time. I am proud to be a Londoner! But I don’t’ think that I am the brave oneJ

Pretty Woman & Boy George as well...

Pretty women and Boy George! What a combination! Yes, this week I had a joy to take pictures of different celebrities as usual. I even had a chance to snap some of Pamela Anderson. Also I covered RS Lounge launch party where Boy George is working as the DJ for the night J . Also I found out that my images from the ARK charity GALA had been published in HELLO magazine. Eight of them! May be one day I will be able to afford myself to buy a boat and to go around the world! Yes, it’s my dream. Don’t know if it will ever happen, but it’s nice to dream about something good, it makes life brighter.

Air Fair

The lovely weekend is over and the Biggin Hill Air show as well. I was dreaming to become a pilot when I was a kid, but instead I am taking pictures of the planes. Even my son does not like planes much as he doesn’t like the noise. Anyway as the weather was kind this year I got some interesting stuff. There were some colourful helicopters from India taking part in the show and when I was passing by the PR asked me to take picture of the pilots I didn’t mind as I was in the press pen right next to the pilots area. So the sun was shining, the planes were flying, but… today is Monday and a busy week starts again…

Last week was an amazing week. On Monday I spent an evening with top hairdressers from around the world, as you know. Tuesday I worked with trucks and on Thursday my press agency asked me to cover the ARK Gala Dinner 2008 at Royal Naval College in Greenwich.. It’s an annual event which raised £25 million for charity this year in one evening !. Tony Blair, Liz Hurley, Sarah Fergusson, Bob Geldof were among 1000 wealthy guests. Steve Wonder was performing. No press where allowed at all. My agency begged me to get any pics possible. As I live just few miles away so I didn’t mind to go to check and see what I could get. I was lucky, I got some access and got some pics. And what a result, The Evening Standard put a full whole page with 4 of my pictures and also an image of the atmosphere they printed as a two whole page spread! That’s not it. My agency informed me that the Daily Telegraph is going to put big article in with my pics as well and Hello magazine requested all the pics. It’s always a pleasure to see your work published by the national press, but two papers from one job! And a full two page spread is about as good as you could possibly get, It’s like the jackpot! So, today I treated myself to have a day out at the air fair at Biggin Hill. Of cause I have to take my camera to take pictures there for my stock collection, but it will be no pressure. I think I deserved some rest.

Well nice job last night attending the very prestigious L’Oreal Grand final colour trophy 2008..
Spent the evening wondering around the VIP lounge but in truth I don’t know to many people from the hair industry so it was a bit difficult for me really. Still the show was good and what a pleasant way to spend a Monday evening..
